Weekly updates: If you choose weekly updates, they will be emailed to you on a Monday and you will receive the previous seven days' data.

Monthly updates: If you have requested monthly updates, you will receive the previous month's update on the first of every month.

What you will receive: The graphs will be sent as an attached PDF file that will be viewable using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (available from www.adobe.com)Data will be sent as a CSV file that you can import into Excel or other spreadsheet software.
